As per todays changes to the governments advice and with Boris Johnson's latest announcement, we unfortunately do not have a re-opening date at this time. The Ranch is taking the governments advice very seriously.
Once we have more clarification we will update our statement accordingly.
If you had a table booked during this time, please ignore any future booking reminders and deposit requests. With the system we use these can unfortunately not be stopped.

🗣 CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with great sadness that we are announcing that The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill is temporary closing until further notice due to the COVID-19 outbreadk. This includes our restaurant and takeaway service.
This extremely hard decision was not taken to lightly but as we can no longer guarantee the safety of, not just our customers, but our own team and their families with the social distancing guidelines.
We’d like to thank everyone for your positive comments and those who used our takeaway service to help support us.
We have a thread in our comment section which we will constantly update.
Please help our NHS and stay at home.
🪑 BOOKING INFORMATION
We have a lot of bookings to contact so it isn’t going to possible for us to ring every single customers. We’ll be cancelling the tables booked with us day by day so if you are currently booked, you may receive a cancelation email.
If you have a table booked for a few weeks time, please do not contact us asking if we are set to open. We have no timeframe for re-opening our restaurant. As soon as we are given to all clear to re-open as normal, we will be doing so.
As a precaution, our online booking system will not be live and we will not be taking large booking request at this time.
💰 DEPOSIT INFORMATION
We have had to make a very difficult decision in regards to deposits and how we’ll be dealing with them. We can completely understand that all customers circumstances are different for this matter and ask those with any further questions to get in touch with us.
Deposits will be returned to our customers on either 1) a gift voucher or 2) kept with us and available to use for a future table, no matter what table size.
We’ll be posting gift vouchers out so please get in contact to arrange this. This is subject to Royal Mail still operating.
This means if you have paid a deposit for 15 people and dine as 2 when we re-open, you’ll have the full amount available. If this full amount is not spent in a sitting it’ll be returned on a gift voucher.
Please DO NOT pay a deposit for a table booked in the future on any date. Tables will not be cancelled if deposit deadline is missed and we are back open.
🎁 GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers due to expire while we are closed will still be valid when we re-open. More information will be shared down the line.
