We have moved from SimpleERB to ResDiary.
If you booked via our old booking widget, please note your booking is still valid and if you're still attending there is nothing you need to do.
You can still use your old confirmation email to cancel but please note you may also receive one from ResDiary too. You should also receive a new booking reminder via text and email a couple of days before your table from ResDiary. Please check your spam and junk. If you do not receive this and are worried about your booking please get in touch.
You may notice emojis or text next your name or booking on ResDiary. Worry not at this is internal information for our team.
You should not receive any further emails from SimpleERB but if you do we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately during the process of moving customers the booking notes were lost. If you needed to make us aware of something or had a question, please get in touch via email (email@example.com), Facebook or phone (01507 606889).
If you had a table of 11 or more booked and paid your deposit, this is still secure with us and your table is not affected.
If you had a table of 11 or more booked and we're yet to pay your deposit you should have received a new deposit request email. If not, please let us know and we'll get this arranged.
