The Ranch will take no responsibility if customers do not read our guidelines and arrive breaking them resulting in customers being asked to leave.

We also hold no responsibility if your table is required to be cancelled by changes of the guidelines or law.

TABLES OF 10 OR LESS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Here you can book yourself a table for The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill for 2-10 people as long as you are complying with government guidelines in regards to COVID-19.

Please remember, NO TWO DIFFERENT OFFERS CAN BE USED TOGETHER per table, booking or party under any circumstances.

Splitting the bill does not count as a different table/booking/party. All terms and conditions can be found here.

If you're more than 15 minutes late without warning, your table will be free'd for a walk-in. When you arrive late, you will be treated as a walk-in table, meaning during busy times you will need to wait to be seated (if we have a table available).

 

If a table isn't available via our automated booking system, the table will also not be available if you call.

If the table size you require isn't available please DO NOT book 2 separate tables as they will not be together.

Please ensure you complete the booking fully and press "confirm" at the end. Always make a note of your booking reference.

Please also note we require a credit/debit card capture to secure the booking due to an increased number of no shows. This will be need to be inputed 24 hours before your booking via email.

Please ensure you include highchairs in the amount of people.

TABLES OF 11 OR MORE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Here you can book yourself a table for The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill for 11+ people as long as you are complying with government guidelines in regards to COVID-19.

Tables of 11 or more will require a pre-order and deposit.

We highly recommend trying to give at least 2-3 weeks notice for a table of 11 or more. We aim to respond to large table requests within 24 hours.

Please note you are submitting a booking request, the table is not booked until we contact you to confirm. Do not assume the table is booked.

Deposit information:

We require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person which is due 7 days before the date of the booking. Without the deposit, your table will be cancelled and booked out to a different party.

Please note, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel the table, you will lose the deposit. Each guest will lose their deposit if they don't arrive for the table. The deposit is taken from the final bill.

 

Pre-order information:

All tables will require a pre-order of any starters and mains. This is required 3 days before the date of the table and must be filled out on our pre-order form.

Pre-orders must be completed on our forms. We require the names for each customers and the starter (if any) and main order.

The Ranch reserves the right to cancel a table without a valid pre-order.
